Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing their needs and resolving any issues.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors. Utilize this information to identify opportunities for growth and to provide clients with relevant solutions.
Sales Reporting: Track sales performance and prepare reports on account status, sales metrics, and forecasting. Provide regular updates to management on progress and challenges.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, customer service) to ensure that client needs are met and to develop customized solutions.
Client Retention: Implement strategies to retain and grow existing accounts. Conduct regular reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
Experience: Must be knowledgeable in Industrial Automation. Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar role or industry. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing,Automation or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle objections and resolve conflicts effectively.
Time Management: Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Additional Requirements
Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients or attend industry events.
