MDCGROUP INC. is seeking motivated Sales Account Associates with a strong work ethic to work in our ALABANG (Philippines) office.
Main responsibilities are:
- Will be to generate and qualify leads, and on-board new customers.
- Will undergo Product and Industry orientation during onboarding period
- Incharge of database build-up
- Will do prospecting and cold calling
- Thorough customer profiling and product mapping for his/her own accounts
- Sales Negotiations and progressing of accounts
- Do leads follow-ups
- Responsible for a target revenue that contributes to WHOLE team and company Target
Requirements:
- Willing to do field work or face-to-face engagements with customers and prospects.
- Graduate of any business course or related fields.
- Preferably with experience in sales but fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
- Must be customer service oriented
