Responsibilities:- Ensure the planning, implementation, reporting and audit of facility and occupational health and safety management in the park including the emergency preparedness, response and resolution for the employees, visitors and other stakeholders
Performs other related functions inherent in team operation, acts as corporate resource and performs other tasks assigned by higher management- Ensure the safety of all visitors and employees within the park premises
Implement risk management strategies to mitigate identified hazards
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of the park facilities, equipment and activities
Ensure the park's compliance with safety regulations and standards set by relevant authorities- Place safety signages and reminders within the entire park premises
Deliver safety training programs for staff covering the topics of emergency response, hazard identification, and PPE usage
- Establish and maintain emergency response plans including evacuation procedures, first aid stations, and communication protocols for medical incidents, natural disasters or security threats
Coordinate with local emergency services and agencies to ensure effective response and communication
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree on any relevant course from a reputable institution
Licensed Occupational Health & Safety and First Aid Safety practitioner
With at least
2 years of relevant experience in facility and occupational health and safety management
- Has highly developed project management and incident management skills
Must know how to drive a manual transmission car
