JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Daily implementation of safety inspection using checklist provided.
Issuance of Notice of violation (NOV) for non-compliance to safety and housekeeping standards.- Conduct internal safety and health audit.
Implement and monitor Safety Training and Safety Programs.
- Prepare reports, manuals, policies, and safety investigation.
Conduct site and event safety evaluation and risk assessment- Categorizes non-compliance and recommends corrective actions.
Summarizes weekly occurrences and preventive measures to ensure the safety to work place and compliance to environmental regulations.
- Provides immediate medical care injured/ill workers or personnel before medical assistance arrives.
Monitors incoming and outgoing inventories.- Conducts quality assurance inspection for incoming materials and tools.
Helps monitor records of tools issuances and returns. Checks tools/equipment condition before issuance and ensures availability, immediate repair, replacement of defective units.

Preferably a graduate of any related course.
- 2-3 years experience as Safety Officer.
Has successfully completed the required DOLE training course for construction safety officers (BOSH/COSH).- With 2 to 3 year work experience in hazard identification, risk assessment and risk control
Knowledgeable on basic managerial system such as incident investigation, work site inspection, job hazard analysis and safety trainings- With good communication skills
Knowledge of writing safety reports and policies for health and safety.- Willing to relocate/stay at the company staff house.
