The ideal candidate will provide and maintain excellent customer service and be the frontline service contact for our external customers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily HSE inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor safety practices to ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Prepare and maintain safety documentation, including HSE reports, audits, and records.
- Deliver safety training sessions, including First Aid, Fire Safety, and emergency procedures.
- Act as the primary contact for incident investigations, documenting findings, and implementing preventive measures.
- Perform internal audits and support external audits as required, particularly for ISO 45001:2018 compliance.
- Encourage a safety-first culture and actively promote HSE awareness.
Qualifications and Skills:
- NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) is required.
- Internal Auditor Certification for ISO 45001:2018 is preferred.
- Certified in First Aid, Basic Life Support (BLS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and Firefighting is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with attention to detail.
