College Level or College Graduate- With at least 3 years relevant job experienced.
With at least BOSH, COSH, HIRAC, LCM certificate
- Proficiency in conducting risk assessments, identifying workplace hazards, and implementing appropriate control measures to mitigate risks.
Experience in developing and delivering safety training programs to employees. Ability to effectively communicate safety policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance.- Knowledge of incident investigation techniques and experience in conducting thorough investigations to determine root causes and develop preventive measures.
Familiarity with emergency response planning and implementation of emergency procedures. Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively during emergencies or crises.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with employees, management, and regulatory agencies. Ability to convey safety information clearly and concisely.
Meticulous attention to detail in conducting safety inspections, audits, and documentation. Ability to identify potential safety hazards and recommend corrective actions.- Ability to lead and motivate employees to prioritize safety and follow safety protocols. Collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and promote a safety culture throughout the organization.
Must be willing to relocate outside of the Cavite area.
