PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Implement the OHS policies and programs to the PCII employees.
Advise and lead employees on various safety-related topics.- Conducts toolbox and employee training about safety.
Conduct risk assessment and possible safety hazard of all aspects of site operations and enforce preventive measures.
- Review existing policies and procedures and update the employees.
Check if all the employees are acting in adherence to rules and regulation.- Inspect premises, equipment and the work personnel to identify issues or non-conformity (e.g. not using protective equipment)
Oversee workplace installations and any other work that could harm employee's safety.
- Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy to the employees.
Prepare and present reports on accidents and violations and determine causes.- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
