Job Qualification:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Environmental/Health/Safety or equivalent.

Job Description:
- Maintains close communication and coordination with the Management matters related to safety, health and environment issues.
Act as the internal adviser to avoid injury, accidents, health and safety hazards.- Ensures that the site complies with the minimum requirements set by the laws and external agencies.
Identify laws and other standards applicable to site operation and develop action plans to be compliant with said standards and legal requirements.
- Formulate a tracking system to assure corrective and preventive measures are implemented.
Participates actively in the investigation of incidents and accidents to help determine the root causes and the evaluation of the control measures.- Conduct regular toolbox meetings to constantly refresh and update the workers on site.
Develop specific safety action plans required for the execution of work activity.
- Identify areas of concern and foreseen safety hazards which may affect health and welfare employees.
Regularly update the Safety Incident Monitoring Report and provide corrective actions supported by documents.
