Overall implementation of company safety policy.- Monitor regularly the behavior and performance of project in charge and personnel.
Daily monitoring of on-site safety conditions.
- Ensure that the workplace is safe for all workers and that hazards are avoided along with making sure that all workers are fit to work (physically and mentally and complete with training and equipment).
Ensure that all health and safety risks and hazards are properly dealt with.- Conduct daily toolbox talk and site inspection.
Educate and train the workforce in performing their work in a safe manner.
- Accident investigation, maintaining of statistics and recommending remedial measures.
Perform other relevant tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
