Prepare, update and submit daily and compliance reports.
Monitor and report status of corrective action or improvements on the audit findings.
Evaluating and improving safety measures.
Assist the Site team with establishing and maintaining a safe and professionally presented worksite.
Implement and maintain health and safety standards.
Conduct site inductions, toolbox meetings and other consultation requirements involving a diverse range of people.
Maintain compliance with all safety regulations.
Conduct regular staff meetings to share best practice techniques.
Promote safety initiatives.
Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures.
Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity
Conducting inspections to ensure equipment and site safety.
Advising on all matters related to workplace health and safety.
Investigating accidents, writing incident reports, and making recommendations.
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree
Preferably with experience.
Familiar with DOLE orders that governs OSH in construction.
Must have at least OSH/COSH/BOSH Certification.
Proficient in MS Office.
Outstanding organizational skills.
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
Team player.
Willing to be assigned on sites.
Willing to START ASAP!
