Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety/Industrial Engineering or any related course.
Licensed Engineer is an advantage but not required.- Prescribed 8 hours OSH Training course for Safety Officer 1 (BOSH SO1), and 40 hours for Safety Officer 2 (BOSH SO2).
At least six (6) months to 1 year experience in the related field and preferably specialized in food manufacturing/warehousing or equivalent.
- Willing to work in Km22, Jentec Compound, Bunawan Davao City.
Oversee Company's employee safety at work.
- Implement and maintain Health and Safety standards.
Establish knowledge and understanding on different practices pertaining to industrial safety aspects and the need of proper and just judgement, coordination and communication to fellow employees and visitors.- Understand employees needs on trainings, provides feedbacks, gives assistance and recommendations on specific areas that requires improvement in processes and practices specifically pertaining to industrial safety.
Work in a team and individually in performing assigned task in accordance to work output expectations and deadlines.
- Assist employees on any work-related accidents.
