Safety Officer (experienced in Construction Management-Quezon City)

He will be assigned at Amalgamated Project Management Services Inc. (A subsidiary of Asian Appraisal Company Inc.).

• Requirements:

At least 5 years of relative work experience for construction management projects of no less than 2 Mid-rise building projects and high-end condominium or commercial buildings within the Philippines.

• A graduate of a Bachelor's degree related in the same field.

Knowledge about the whole construction project management process as a Safety Officer.

• Must have the ability to identify a problem, review related information, develops and evaluates options, and implements a solution.

Above average verbal and written communication skills.

• Above average leadership skills and a team player.

Collaborative skills, resourcefulness, resilience, initiative, and positive attitude towards work and colleagues.

• Proficiency in any software that are being used in construction management.

Willing to start on site (stay-in).

• Willing to be deployed in Batasan, Quezon City.

Available to start asap.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree.

With at least 3-5 years of experience as Safety Officer in a construction management industry.

• Above Average communication skills both oral and written.

Detail & result-oriented, and highly-organized.

• Hardworking, responsible and a team player.

Able to handle confidential information with professionalism.
