MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Has completed BOSH and COSH trainings
Graduate of any 4-year course- Willing to work 6 days a week on site

- Reports to and assists the Safety Manager in the overall Implementation of approved Project Safety / Loss Prevention Program, with a primary function of performing continuous monitoring at work site to ensure continuing conformance of field work force with all relevant safety, health and security requirements.
- Conducts documented Pre-Deployment Safety Orientation with new site employees or returnees prior to mobilization to project site.
- Assists Safety Manager in carrying out his duties and responsibilities and, in the latter's absence, assumes supervisory and other functions called for on the Plant.
- Conduct full investigation of accident / incident, including near misses. Determines probable causes, develops, circulates and enforces appropriate permanent preventive measures.
- Strictly implement the Lock out Tag out Procedure of the plant to ensure the safety of all personnel where unexpected start-up or release of stored or residual energy could cause injury.
- Closely monitors scaffold erection / dismantling work, permit-required confined space entries, crane work / lifting operations, hot work, equipment energization, tie-ins, and similar hazardous activities and ensures that all relevant requirements are complied with.
- Checks and ensures compliance of site work-force with the approved Safe Work Permit System / Procedure in the plant.
