Your JobAs a Safety Officer, you will sustain safety and environmental compliance within plant.
We are under the Facilities and EHS department collaborating with cross-functional teams and management to make Safety our number one priority to ensure the Quality of our services and products.
- Safety Implementor
Conducts risk assessment, enforces preventive measures, and mitigates where needed.
Inspects company premises and work areas to identify issues or non-conformities Issues disciplinary actions to employees violating the safety protocols, in alignment with the code of discipline.
Oversees and manages handling and disposal of substances.
Works with the EHS officer-in-charge in the development and implementation of safety policies, procedures, and programs
Works with the EHS officer-in-charge in the spearheading of safety campaigns within the plant
Collaborates health and safety marshals activities and results.
Ensures legal Requirements on Drills (Fire & Earthquake drill, Chemical Spill Drill) are being done annually or as prescribed.
- Others/Environmental Compliance officer
Documents and submits daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly safety reports as needed by the plant BLT.
Conducts safety orientation to new hires, plant visitors and all personnel accessing the plant.
Works with the EHS committee in the plant's compliance to (but not limited to), fire and earthquake drill.
Acts as a company representative, along with the EHS officer-in-charge, on audits and other activities engaged with safety concerns.
Performs tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Act as an assistant Pollution Control Officer will assist the PCO and undertake related duties and responsibilities during times of absence or unavailability.
Acts as a company representative, along with the Pollution Control Officer, on audits and other activities engaged with environmental compliance concerns.
Works with the Pollution Control Officer (PCO) in the spearheading of environmental compliance within the plant
Performs tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
- Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Any bachelor's degree, accredited safety officer, accredited PCO
Trained on ISO 14001 & 45001 system.
EH&S implementation, operation, and management system.
Accident First-Aid readiness, environmental laws, and regulations
