Safety Director

We are seeking a qualified Safety Director to lead our safety initiatives and ensure the well-being of all employees and stakeholders across our construction projects. The Safety Director will provide leadership, develop safety programs, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.

As a Safety Director, you will lead and oversee the implementation of safety policies and programs, ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations across all project sites. You will manage a team of Safety Managers, conduct risk assessments, and drive a culture of safety throughout the organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of a 4-year degree program
• At least 10 years of experience in a managerial role within a construction company
• Accredited Safety Officer by DOLE
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and other computer applications
• Willing to relocate *accommodations are provided in the form of a staff house*
