QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor's Degree in any of the following fields: Manufacturing, Public Administration, Wholesale & Retail Trade, Real Estate, International Relations, Security Administration, or related area or availability to demonstrate a work-based equivalent
With NGO security, military or law enforcement background- Certified Safety Officer 3- 40hrs BOSH Training + 48hrs Advanced/Specialized OSH Training and Basic First Aid Training Certified
Minimum of 2 years implementing security programs and a strong knowledge of security management in complex environments
- Experience working in conflict and post-conflict settings
Experience in Private Security Companies and Contractors- Experience conducting training for small groups
Demonstrate understanding of complex emergencies, related security concerns and appropriate responses to such emergencies
- Exceptional communication skills for explaining complex security concerns, policies, protocols, and procedures to senior management, employees, consultants, volunteers and consistently applying them at all levels
Willingness to travel to post-conflict and high-risk environments as required
