Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Safety and Fleet Maintenance Officer/Supervisor at Nordic Atlantic Logistics, Inc. located in Malolos, Bulacan. The Safety and Fleet Maintenance Officer/Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the safety and maintenance of the company's fleet of vehicles. The role involves developing and implementing safety protocols, conducting regular inspections and maintenance checks, scheduling and recording actual repair and preventive maintenance works, coordinating with external vendors and service providers, and ensuring compliance with transportation regulations and guidelines.
Prior experience in fleet management and safety regulations
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair (light and heavy vehicles)
Excellent understanding of transportation regulations and guidelines- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Can communicate and lead a team of drivers and mechanics
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and a commitment to safety- Drives Manual Transmission 2W and 4W vehicles with Valid driver's license
Additional certifications in vehicle maintenance and safety is a plus
- Computer Literate and adept in Google Workplace (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, etc.)
Willing to be assigned in Malolos, Bulacan (staff house available, if needed)
- Amenable to Monday to Saturday
* Can be on-call outside of regular working hours
- Can report during holidays and extended hours when needed
