SAC Project Sales Assistant Manager

As a Sales Assistant Manager for the SAC Project, you will play a key role in driving sales through project based and institutional sales efforts. Your responsibilities include providing air conditioning design support, estimates, technical data, and project management assistance. You'll coordinate with team members, contractors, dealers, and consultants to ensure successful project completion. Additionally, you'll offer technical and design support to authorized dealers and distributors. A crucial part of your role is to coach, mentor, and motivate project team members, fostering accountability and ensuring positive outcomes for their assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Project Sales Expertise: Minimum 3 years of experience in project sales management, specifically in HVAC and VRF (Multi-V) air conditioners.
• Sales and Negotiation: Proven background in sales and negotiation, preferably within the aircon industry.
• Interpersonal and Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication abilities.
• Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Industry Experience: Preferably from the air conditioning sector with a solid understanding of market dynamics.
• Active and Engaged: Highly active and capable of building strong relationships.
