Responsibilities:- Design, develop and maintain APIs, services and systems across the entire platform.
Debug production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack.- Work with other engineers in the company to build new features and products at scale.
Uphold our high engineering standards and bring consistency to the many codebases and processes you will encounter.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the company such as experts in product, design, infrastructure and compliance.
Must be a generalist, sometimes working on the frontend or backendanything it takes to solve problems and delight users both internally and externally.- Must uphold the best practices in engineering, security, quality and design.
Proven work experience as a Software Engineer or Software DeveloperAt least a year of experience with Ruby on Rails (ROR)
At least a few months of experience with React- Improving and adding functionalities to the current dashboard to help our customers run their businesses.
Building new APIs for our users, or iterating on existing APIs.- Familiar with launching new products, checkout experiences or payment methods
Experienced in Building new tools for our internal operations, compliance and business teams
- Has crafted and refinined the onboarding experiences to help users get to what they want faster while balancing regulatory, risk and compliance requirements
Experience with test-driven development- Proficiency in software engineering tools
Ability to document requirements and specifications
- Work set up and schedule:
Amendable working on a Hybrid shift in BGC, Taguig
- Day Shift - 9:00 am to 6:00 PM
Job Type will be on a 6-months contract with a high chance for it to be extended to a year or more
