Analyze, review plans & specification, attend pre-bid and construction meeting, and monitor construction activities, prepare reports o management if a problem arises that needs proper action
Transmit correspondences and memoranda to all project groups on useful information and/or lessons learned from and to each project group
Random check on the quality of works, construction methods and perform material testing on on-going housing units, land development, and open space amenities to confirm product compliance with the design and specification
Monitors and submits reports for on-going projects in all group from time to time
Performs Research & Development work related to quality assurance
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or equivalent. Must be licensed.
Familiar in Land Development and Mass housing activities
With knowledge of QC inspection and different materials testing and procedures
