Job Responsibilities:- Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to identify potential candidates for open positions.
Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.- Conduct in-depth interviews with qualified candidates to evaluate their skills, competencies, and motivations. Determine their suitability for specific positions and present shortlisted candidates to the client.
Administer and evaluate various assessments, tests, or other pre-employment screening tools to gauge candidates technical skills, personality traits, or cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for recruitment needs. Understand their hiring goals, company culture, and specific job requirements.
Utilize an ATS to track and manage candidate information, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.- Facilitate the negotiation process between the client and the selected candidate, including discussing compensation, benefits, and other employment terms.
Collaborate with the client and assist in coordinating the onboarding process for successfully hired candidates.
At least a year of recruitment experience.
- Bilingual in Japanese is required (N1 or N2 Certification)
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Excellent sourcing skills with the ability to identify and attract top talent.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and candidates.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
