About the Role:
As an RPA Developer, you will take a role of a consultant in the end-to-end delivery of RPA processes, primarily utilizing UiPath and leveraging the Enhanced Robotics Enterprise Framework. Our projects frequently incorporate OCR, AI, and ML technologies, providing you with an excellent opportunity to gain or further enhance your expertise in these areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform creation and deployment of resources within production environments, ensuring seamless operation of RPA solutions.
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques to address any issues that may arise during production.
- Deliver complex RPA projects from inception to implementation, demonstrating a deep understanding of UiPath activities and components.
- Develop and maintain RPA documentation, including technical specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA solutions with existing systems and processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience working with UiPath or other RPA tools. UiPath Advanced Developer certification or equivalent.
- Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining RPA solutions in a production environment.
- Strong programming skills, with proficiency in languages such as C#, Python, or VBScript.
- Familiarity with process analysis and optimization techniques, such as Lean Six Sigma or Business Process Management (BPM).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
