JOB PURPOSE
TheVisual Merchandising Specialistprovides solution/s to store-specific in-store visual and merchandising challenges using brand standards to improve store aesthetics, increase business, help meet merchandising goals and ultimately maintain brand integrity.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Goes around stores and collaborates with both store managers and staff for store displays, ensuring the stores are attractive through eye-catching displays
- Responsible for preserving store image
- Enforce Visual Merchandising standards and guidelines as mandated by head office.
- Train store staffs on always maintaining display standards in a quick and orderly manner
- Awareness/ knowledge in sales figures and performance indicators of stores
- Can be able to communicate/ teach stores how to handle display of new/ important collections. Apply flexibility and display strategies in recommending changes relevant to sales goals and brand standards.
- Works well with Area Managers and reports to the head office VM management team.
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Work is typically performed in a Roving Setup
- Very limited exposure to physical risk.
- Willingness to travel to different store branches
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least (2) years of solid experience in Apparel Visual Merchandising
- Creative and passionate about fashion
- Possesses solid communication skills
- Organized with good leadership skills and strong initiative
- Detail oriented, and results driven
- Independent Traveler
- Works well under pressure.
