Job Description

Qualifications:

Completed at least 2 years in college + 2 years experience in sales or customer service; OR Completed a 4-year bachelors degree + 1 year experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a financial institution

Fresh graduates from business-related courses are welcome

Strong communication skills in verbal and written format

Displays positive values and a likable personality

Willing to be assigned in any bank stores branches

  • Compensation & Benefits:

20,000 MBS + Allowances + Unlimited earning potential (Incentive)

Work-Life balance with fixed dayshift and weekends off and follows Philippine bank holidays

HMO and Life Insurance on Day 1

  • Process of application:

  • HR Interview (30-45mins)

  • Final Interview (1hr)

    Job Type: Full-time

    Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift

  • 13th month salary
