The position is responsible of repair, troubleshooting, monitoring and routinely maintain all store equipment and concerns (e.g. Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Protection and Communication).
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance and checklist of all Electrical, Mechanical, Fire Protection, Fire Detection, Plumbing and communication equipment for proper operating function and minimize downtime of equipment.
Prioritize renovations request needed items or tools to finish tasks. Dismantling of lights and reinstallation of new lighting fixtures as required. Assist technical contractor for preventive maintenance, who specializes in equipment.Performs other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time such as electrical, mechanical, and equipment's(lifters, strapping machines).
