Roving Clinic Nurse is a registered nurse (RN) who works in various healthcare settings or facilities within a healthcare system. Their primary role is to provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
- Duties and Responsibilities
Providing Direct Patient Care: Delivering nursing care to patients in different units or facilities as needed, following established nursing standards and procedures.
- Assessment and Monitoring: Conducting patient assessments, monitoring vital signs, and recognizing and reporting changes in patient conditions.
Medication Administration:
Administering medications and treatments according to physician orders and established policies.Collaboration:
Collaborating with healthcare team members, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.Patient Education: Educating patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate and complete patient records, including nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
Quality Improvement:
Participating in improvement initiatives and activities to enhance patient care outcomes.Compliance:
Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures related to nursing practice and patient care.Training: Assist in shadow training of staff nurses from different account
- Audit: To assist in clinic audit, and submit reports to senior clinic cluster leads.
Admin Tasks:
To report at Head Office and assist in admin tasks, if there will be no plotted schedule for the day.
- Background and Qualifications
Must have completed BOSH OHNAP and updated BLS - FA
trainingACLS
training are preferred Willing to travel and be assigned in different locations within NCR, Southern Luzon, and Northern Luzon area
- Alpha nurses need to be adaptable, flexible, and able to quickly adjust to different work environments and patient populations.
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various healthcare professionals and provide compassionate care to patients.
