RoboThink Southern Iloilo is seeking an energetic, patient, and dedicated STEM facilitator to facilitate learning in a fun and friendly environment.We are a robotics and coding company that introduces children in grades K-8 to robotics and coding concepts through the use of our patented robot building blocks and easy-to-use coding software.

We're looking to expand our company with smart, creative, and fun facilitators to join our team!

Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role as a Facilitator at RoboThink Southern Iloilo located in Guimaras. As a Facilitator, your main responsibilities will include facilitating robotics and coding classes for students, guiding them in their projects, and assisting with any technical issues. You will create an engaging and supportive learning environment and ensure the safety and well-being of the students. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills as you interact with students and parents.

(Prior knowledge of robotics/coding is NOT necessary. We are more than happy to provide training to candidates who do not have a robotics/coding background.)

Qualifications

• Passion for STEM education and working with children
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner
• Patience and adaptability
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a safe learning environment
• Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, or working with children is a plus
• Availability to work part-time on-site
