Role Summary
Our client is looking for a talented RMM Implementation Consultant to join their dynamic team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a tech-savvy professional with a strong background in Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools to drive transformation in Managed Service Providers (MSPs).

Essential Functions
- Guide clients through the entire lifecycle of RMM tool implementation, including system setup, configuration, and customization
- Leverage a deep understanding of the ConnectWise suite of products to facilitate the transition from ConnectWise Automate to ConnectWise RMM
- Assist clients in understanding and creating scripts within the ConnectWise RMM product, enabling them to be self-reliant and efficient
- Deliver regular server reviews to ensure optimal system stability
- Offer strategic guidance on patching configuration and conduct comprehensive reviews to ensure best practices are in place
- Foster effective relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings and contribute to the knowledge base
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in RMM tools, specifically in implementing and managing these platforms
- Familiarity with the ConnectWise suite of products is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of scripting, with a focus on ConnectWise RMM scripting
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong customer service orientation
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
