Knowledgeable of IT-related products- Minimum 1-2 years experience in RMA and/or customer service
- Brief Description of Works
This position is mainly responsible for handling the day-to-day RMA receiving activities and discovering the specific issues with the product. RMA may have the discretion to make decisions as to whether returns should be accepted or not.
- Maintain daily productivity/workflow reports.
Inspect, analyze troubleshoot and repair customers return items.- Coordinate with supplier to request and process RMA.
Follow-ups Pending and resolving issues related to RMA.
- Update branches of the status for the customer's item.
