Job description- Duties and Responsibilities:
Receive items for warranty from customer.
- Instruct IT technician to troubleshoot items.
Coordinate with supplier and/or service center schedule for pick up.- Monitor status of the items. Follow up and ask for update from supplier/service center.
Update customer of the status of their item.
- Schedule repaired item back to customer.
Make summary report of all items for warranty.- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
Other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Bachelor's degree or college level.
