RM Team Lead to join their growing team.
What You Get To Do
As a Team Leader, you will play an important role in overseeing and coordinating the activities of a designated team within the project. This position requires a blend of technical skills, leadership skills, team management, and a deep understanding of the team's objectives. You will be responsible for driving productivity, fostering a positive team culture, and ensuring the successful completion of projects and tasks.
- Technical skills: Case review with proper documentation on cases in CB/DfM/CSI tool. Making sure to follow all the case templates are followed diligently. Work closely with team members to troubleshoot issues and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Performance evaluation: Mentor RM1/RM2 in their questions/concerns/clarifications. Identify training needs and facilitate learning opportunities to enhance the team's skills.
- Team Management: Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, progress, and address any challenges.
- Quality Assurance: Manage Team documentation files like Training documents, recorded sessions, case tracker, PTO timesheet, etc.
- Project Co-ordination: Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and expertise.
- Communication: Act as liaison between team members and project manager conveying feedback, updates and information.
- Determine project needs along with manager and help in Hire/training new RMs in the project.
- Strategic Planning: Take additional responsibilities to work with Manager/Project Leads whenever needed. Collaborate and work with Client/management when required.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 6+ years of relevant experience in providing support or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 4+ years of leading teams of 10+
- Customer centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Experience in program/project management and process improvement, preferably in a support/operational project environment. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong understanding of software architectures, Microsoft products, software lifecycle methodology, and information systems development required.
- Sound problem resolution, judgment, and decision-making skills required.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data driven decisions to improve support operations.
- Must be able to communicate effectively.
- Strong technical design and process analysis skills may be required.
- Strong business-analyst background preferred.
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field required.
