The Risk Specialist will provide assistance and support to the Risk Manager in the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the Risk Management, Business Continuity, and Insurance Management programs.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business and other related studies
- Relevant Work Experience:
At least 2-5 years operational experience in Risk Management, Business Continuity, and Insurance Management- Has hands-on experience in the development and implementation of Risk Management, Business Continuity, and Insurance Management
Knowledge in ISO 31000, ISO 22301 or other standard is highly preferred
- Relevant experience in risk assessment and identification of risk mitigation activities
Relevant experience in development and implementation of a Business Continuity Plan- Has experience in the following fields of insurance: insurance placement, risk engineering
surveys, claims (motor & non-motor) management, and insurance due diligence
- Relevant experience in project management
The Risk Specialist should know the entire business and its processes to assist the Risk
- Manager in determining the Company's top risks and recommend the appropriate risk mitigation activities.
The Risk Specialist should know the entire business and its processes to assist the Risk- Manager on determining prioritizations in handling crises management and ensure continuance of business operations.

- Manager in determining the lines of insurance needed as well as its wordings/insuring provisions necessary to the company's operation.
