Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Risk Officer at UnionBank
- Responsible for managing and enhancing collections risk dashboard and analysis for Secured (Auto and Housing Loan) products, highlighting potential risks, provide analysis and trends, and recommend actions to improve Collections performance
- Providing input on policy formulation and regular policy reviews
- Collaborating with team members, business, and support units to guide the implementation of risk recommendations
Qualifications
- Knowledgeable in R and other programming language (Python, SAS, or similar).
- Keen to details especially in data gathering, data clean up and data analysis.
- Proficient oral, written, and presentation skills for coordinating with various bank units
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
