Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain an Enterprise Risk Management framework and integrate risk management across the business.
Identify, assess, and prioritize risks, maintaining a comprehensive risk register.- Implement and monitor risk mitigation strategies, ensuring alignment with risk tolerance.
Prepare and present risk reports, communicating key risks and controls.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and liaise with auditors and regulators.
Oversee business continuity and crisis management plans, leading incident responses.- Promote risk awareness through training and foster a risk-aware culture.
Continuously improve the ERM framework with industry best practices.
Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise risk management, audit, compliance, or a related field.
Professional certifications such as Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP), or equivalent are preferred.- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in risk management software and tools.
In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to enterprise risk management.
