Designing and implementing an overall risk management process for the organization, which includes an analysis of the financial on the company when risks occur.- Performing a risk assessment: analyzing current risks and identifying potential risks that are affecting the company
Performing a risk evaluation: evaluating the companys previous handling of risks, and comparing potential risks with criteria set the company such as costs and legal requirements.
- Creating business continuity plans to limit risks
Analyze all operational activities and control risks- Communicate with banks and payment providers
Investigate, report, and remediate suspicious account transactions to prevent financial losses.
- Use fraud and payment systems to optimize deposit conversion rates and keep chargeback rates within acceptable limits
Review and process all withdrawal requests.- Resolve customer inquiries.
Interact with other departments to meet customer needs.
Requirements:
- At least high school graduate
Have 1-3 years of work experience as risk control- Experience as risk control in casino industry is highly preferred
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in computer applications, such as Microsoft office
Must be able to communicate in english both written and verbally.
