Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Credit Review Expert to join our Credit Review,
Operations, and Systems team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our credit risk management
framework, focusing on comprehensive credit reviews and audits across our portfolio. The ideal
candidate will have a strong background in credit risk, experience in leveraging customer and
transactional data, and the ability to automate and streamline credit review processes.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Comprehensive Credit Reviews:
Leverage billing system UI, data and analytical tools to perform full-coverage
credit reviews and audits, moving beyond traditional sampling techniques.
Conduct in-depth analytical reviews of the credit portfolio, ensuring timely
identification and mitigation of credit risks.
2. Reporting and Automation:
Develop and deploy automated credit review reports to enhance the efficiency
and effectiveness of the credit review process.
Prepare and present detailed credit review reports, focusing on high-risk areas in
the credit lifecycle.
3. Policy and Exception Management:
Review and assess policy exception requests, collaborating closely with Sales
support and Sales support on non-standard applications.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of policy exception requests, providing
insights and recommendations for policy optimizations.
4. Strategic Recommendations:
Communicate data-driven observations and strategic recommendations on credit
risk to Finance and various business units, contributing to an optimized level of
credit health.
