Risk and Compliance Qualifications (Can be general and/or specific)
Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field is required
Relevant experience At least 5 years of experience in technology risk management, information security, or any related field
Certifications Preferably possesses risk management certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), or equivalent
Knowledge on data and technology risk management They must have a strong understanding of risks in data lifecycle risks, data protection risks, cyber security, technology operation risks, system lifecycle risks, software supply chain risks, risks in emerging technology and overall IT risk management principles, methodologies, and practices.
Other soft skills Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: They should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess, identify, and manage technology-related risks.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to collaborate with stakeholders, communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and provide guidance and training to employees.
Compliance Knowledge: A technology risk expert should have knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to technology risk management and compliance.
Attention to Detail: They should be detail-oriented to identify and mitigate risks, develop policies and procedures, and monitor compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Teamwork and Independence: A technology risk expert should be able to work independently and as part of a team to align technology risk management activities with business objectives

Location Hybrid: report to AIA Tower (23 Floor 8767 AIA Tower (formerly Philam Life Tower) Paseo De Roxas, Makati City Metro Manila, Philippines 1226)
Candidate must be able to report to AIA Tower at least twice a week for weekly meetings. Employer has the discretion to increase how often they come to the office based on events with key stakeholders.
