Assist with research, claims, documentation, and litigation for worker's compensation claims;- Assist in mitigating risk by following established procedures and monitoring controls;
Review vendor contracts;
- Stay abreast of industry and market events that impact the company;
Engage a team approach to tasks and consult subject matter experts as needed,- Assist in developing quantitative integrated cost and schedule risk models, analyze results,
Schedule and conduct risk interviews and support facilitation of risk workshops as required by the Head of Risk and Compliance
- Organize and facilitate risk mitigation meetings
Conduct research and analysis, prepare reports and make recommendations based on findings;
QUALIFICATION- 1 2 years experience with basic knowledge of Risk Management
Be self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn;
- Able and willing to take direction and feedback;
Bachelor's degree preferred;- Basic understanding of business contracts and ability to interpret complex legal language;
Excellent oral and written communication skills;
