Job Summary: The Risk and Payments Associate plays a critical role in ensuring the integrity and security of financial transactions within the organization. The associate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain effective risk management strategies and procedures. College Graduate or Undergraduate
- At least 1 year experience in a similar role, particularly in accounts payable or financial administration.
Strong attention skills to details and accuracy- Average typing test at least 40 wpm
Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative and to be a team player.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office- Good verbal and written communication.
Flexibility to change shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Process payment transactions accurately and efficiently
- Verify payment details and ensure compliance with regulations.
Ability to analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues efficiently.- Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
Ensure compliance with payment processing regulations and standards
- Suggests providing training and support to staff on payment processing procedures.
