JobQualifications:
Atleast 5 years in the banking, risk operations or payments industry. Bonus if in fraud prevention, detection and/or investigation.
Experience leading individuals or teams, setting goals, and driving results. Bonus if in the banking or payments industry.
Demonstrated ability to complete high-quality work and lead by example both in operational excellence and character
Structured thinking and problem-solving skills.
Data-driven approach, ability to spot unusual patterns and sharp attention to detail.
Process and policy-oriented with excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
