Job Title: Risk Analyst Supervisor (US)
Hybrid (Mon-Fri, 11:00pm to 8:00am)

- Identify trends: Using group forums, narratives and data to escalate appropriately.
Customer service: Working together with our customers and care team to handle escalations pertaining to our area of expertise.- Collaborate with team members: Ensuring operational queues are handled by end of day. Work with other managers to make sure there is aligment and open communication
Creative: Able to think outside the box to implement solutions that impact the D&V ops team.
- What will make you a great fit:
At least 5 years in the banking, risk operations or payments industry. Bonus if in fraud prevention, detection and/or investigation.
- Experience leading individuals or teams, setting goals, and driving results. Bonus if in the banking or payments industry.
Demonstrated ability to complete high-quality work and lead by example both in operational excellence and character- Structured thinking and problem-solving skills.
Data-driven approach, ability to spot unusual patterns and sharp attention to detail.
- Process and policy-oriented with excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
Goal-oriented, proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced, results-oriented work environment.- Communicates well with others.
Excellent written, and verbal communication skills in English
- Minimum four-year accredited university/college degree.
