Tasks and Responsibilities:- Risk Identification and Assessment:
Analyze and evaluate operational risks, including financial, legal, and reputational threats.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits.
- Fraud Prevention and Detection:
Monitor transactions and activities to detect suspicious behavior, such as bonus abuse, account duplication, and game fraud.
- Investigate and manage cases of suspected fraudulent activities.
- Policy and Compliance Management:
Develop and enforce risk management policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze data trends and patterns to identify potential risks.
- Generate reports on identified risks, incidents, and the effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies.
Develop strategies for responding to potential crises or emergencies.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to manage and contain risks.
Educate staff on risk management practices and protocols.
- Provide training on detecting and responding to potential risks.
Review and update risk management processes regularly.
- Stay updated on emerging risks and industry best practices.
Bachelor's degree or above,
- Proficient in computer operations.
Demonstrates a high level of enthusiasm and responsibility for the job.- Ability to accurately understand customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
Preference for candidates with a background in finance or accounting.
- Punctual attendance and strong professional ethics.

Basic Salary - PHP 13,000 and above (depending on experience and relevancy of industry)
