Rewinding Inspector/Operator

Qualifications:

• 18 years old and above

At least high school graduate

• Must be PHYSICALLY FIT

Can do heavy lifting

• Must be keen on details and computer literate

Job role in Production Technician/Operator or equivalent.

• Having related experience as QA/QC/Rewinding inspector is a plus

Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate/.

• Have at least two (2) years related work experience specializing in Manufacturing/ Production operations or equivalent.

Team player and hardworking.

• Can work with minimum supervision.

• Willing to be assigned at Sto.Tomas, Bian.

Job Description:

• Report all Rewinding activities to the Immediate Superior.

Prepare Daily Rewinding Production Report to monitor each machine's efficiency and wastages.

• Troubleshoot during rewinding & inspection run (ex. speed setting, tension setting, etc.)

Coordinate with the Immediate Superior for any irregularities encountered during production.

• Receive direct instructions from the Immediate Superior, and give a clear feedback.

Coordinate with Production Supervisor on what product to run/prioritize for particular production shift.

• Ensure that all produced Rewinded rolls have the correct roll tag with complete details.

Coordinate to Quality Assurance for Non-conforming products and create production improvement and see its full completion, and rolls should be tagged accordingly / properly (i.e. Special Handling, Hold, Reject) to monitor on next processes or /and to prevent unintended use.

• Affiliate with his Supervisor in respond with the CPAR/ICPAR received by the Department and lead the investigation in the occurrence of the problem.

Transfer waste to designated storage bin at the end of the shift.

• Assure the cleanliness and orderliness of the Department.

Conduct 5S to his assigned work area before and after his shift.
