- Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist architects in production of documentation ranging from single dwellings to apartment buildings.
- Become a Revit expert within the team, managing the 3D model and drawing sheets for the project.
Coordination of drawings with relevant consultants and engineers documents.- Follow instructions from Team Leader or Job Captain.
Adhere to the drafting handbook and default drawings for company standards.
- Attend office meetings online as required.
Complete Flowcharts update as required which is used as a guide for next steps.- Achieve chargeable goals minimum 90%.
Complete Job Progress Monitoring (JPM) weekly to review performance of projects involved and chargeable performance.
- Complete timeslips daily (note must be up to date by COB every Thursday).
Working hours 8-5pm (which is 10-7 AEDT or 11-8 AEST).- Populate the specification folder (Spec File) of products or details used in completing drawings.
Diligently file documents and emails as they are created or within 24 hours.
- Be an engaged and active team member supporting the Job Captain or Team Leader.
Check own leave entitlements and actual accrual prior to making a leave request.- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Raise issues promptly.
- Can work office-based in Clark, Pampanga
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Architecture or equivalent.
- Must have at least 2 3 years of working experience as a Revit Specialist handling residential projects as well as working remotely.
Excellent Revit skills and understanding of Revit Families, including the creation of brand new families from default Autodesk templates.- Knowledgeable in producing construction detail drawings, section drawings, window and door schedules, conditions, plans, elevations, etc.
Understanding of typical Australian Construction methods, including timber framing and brick construction
- General understanding of NSW Planning Legislation and the Building Code of Australia.
Can do basic renderings in Revit.- Exceptional interpersonal communication, written and verbal skills.
2D & 3D drafting skills.
- Ability to complete mark ups in an accurate and timely manner.
Experienced using MS Office suite.- Ability to perform under pressure and work to deadline, including handling competing deadlines with composure.
Keen eye for detail and commitment to providing quality service.
- Ability to plan priorities and organize.
Analytical mind with problem solving ability.
