The Revit Specialist / Architect will play a key role in project design. This position requires ensuring compliance with local regulations and sustainability practices while integrating modern and culturally sensitive elements into the designs.
Demonstrate exceptional Revit architectural skills.
- Prepare detailed plans ready for planning and permitting processes.
Interpret and apply planning schemes, legislation, and building codes while drafting plans.- Maintain strong documentation practices.
Manage the Revit model and drawing set for entire building projects.
- Produce renderings and other presentation materials.
Develop detailed interior and exterior construction elements.- Oversee interior and landscape design efforts.
Specify and research new building materials.
- Draft mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems in Revit, including performing clash detection.
Create window, door, and lighting schedules.- Knowledge of designing mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems is a significant advantage.
Maintain a thorough understanding of building codes.
A minimum of 6 years of professional experience on Revit-based projects, ideally within an Australian environment.
- Extensive proficiency in Revit, with the capability to create comprehensive plans, drawings, and models.
Strong architectural knowledge, encompassing standard drafting skills and fundamental architectural principles.- High level of professionalism, integrity, honesty, and accountability.
Excellent comprehension and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, displaying proactivity and problem-solving abilities.
* Experience in the US or Australian markets is preferred but not mandatory.
