Dynamic Pricing: implementing and adjusting pricing strategies based on market demand, seasonality, and other relevant factors to maximize revenue.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and update room availability, flight seats, and other travel services to maximize revenue and optimize occupancy rates. This may involve analyzing historical data, tracking booking patterns, and aligning inventory across various distribution channels.
Revenue Analysis:
Conduct regular analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average daily rate (ADR), revenue per available room (RevPAR), and occupancy rates. Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for revenue growth and take appropriate actions.Distribution Channel Management:
Manage relationships with various distribution channels, such as global distribution systems (GDS), online travel agents (OTAs), and metasearch engines. Optimize channel mix, negotiate commission rates, monitor channel performance, and ensure effective distribution strategies. Forecasting and Budgeting: Develop revenue forecasts and budgets based on historical data, market trends, and business projections. Continuously monitor performance against targets and adjust strategies accordingly.Pricing and Promotion Optimization: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and implement promotional campaigns, special offers, and loyalty programs. Monitor the effectiveness of these initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Bachelor's/College Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in an online travel agency, with a strong background in revenue management and pricing optimization,
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and revenue management tools.- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing revenue management strategies that drive measurable results.
