Revenue and Financial Planning Associate

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provide timely, accurate, and insightful reports to analyze and present the firm's profitability across multiple dimensions

- Measure actual results against budget, historical, and forecasted results

- Employ financial analysis to provide practical counsel to management on results

- Build and validate a model for the allocation of the firm's expenses

- Prepare financial presentations, charts, tables, and other exhibits as requested

- Enhance budgeting, forecasting, and reporting process

Completion of accounting close activities through the following:

- Posting of journal entries and reconciliations for revenue and receivable accounts

- Performance, review, and analysis of Revenue-related reports

- Review of control reports, billing records, and loading of Net Asset Value

- Compliance with the preparation and maintenance of updated process documentations

- Any related process as required by the client

Qualifications:

1. The candidate should have an understanding of corporate budgets, financial planning and analysis, and revenue and investments accounting principles and processes.

2. Excellent command of the English language - oral and written

3. Must be proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented and a team player.

4. Must be highly organized, with excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritize activities effectively.

5. The ideal candidate has strong skills on MS Excel (e.g. pivot, vlookup, sumif formulas and the like), MS PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications.

6. Background and/or exposure in asset management industry is an advantage.

Education and Experience:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy.

2. Professionals with at least 2-3 years of working experience in Financial Planning & Analysis function (budget, forecast, variance analysis, and ad-hoc requests) are welcome to apply.

3. Relevant experience on financial modeling and financial data reporting systems is a plus.

4. Certified Public Accountant is a plus.
