Qualifications
- At least 1 year of BPO experience as a Sales Representative or Retention Specialist
- Experience in taking inbound and outbound calls
- Good technical skillsable to comfortably navigate through smartphone and desktop applications
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- A critical thinker with good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Effective organizational and time management skills
- Willing to work on-site in Makati
Responsibilities
- Assist customers via live chat/email in clear and concise written English
- Improve the quality of customer interactions daily
- Have fun and work effectively with a team of awesome people
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
