Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level support to users at the store network and in the support office by diagnosing and resolving ERP, Microsoft Excel, and system-related issues in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Category, Store Staff, Pricing and IT to address technical and administrative tasks, including both BAU (business-as-usual) and project work.
  • Maintain accurate records of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and systems documentation.
  • Respond promptly to support requests via the merchandise category team, phone, or the helpdesk email, adhering to established response times and service standards.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure high service satisfaction.
  • Offer occasional after-hours or weekend support during emergencies, issues with promotional campaigns setups or scheduled system maintenance (Rare Occurrence).


Qualifications:

. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT support or a helpdesk role, preferably in the retail and consumer sector.
. Experience in the Retail Sector.
. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, VBA, and Microsoft SQL.
. Experience with Pronto XI ERP is an advantage.
. Certifications in relevant IT fields.
. Familiarity with EDI and FTP servers.
. Experience with systems engineering and web-based technologies such as Magento.
