Achieve Sales Targets:
Ultimately responsible for meeting sales targets for the entire Trading Area.Operational Planning:
Plan and monitor the daily operations of the assigned area to ensure proper execution.Selling Operations: Plan and execute effective and efficient selling operations to meet sales and profitability goals.
- Inventory and Display Management: Ensure and monitor proper display arrangements, pricing, inventory management, and sales/promotional information.
Customer Service:
Plan and ensure the highest standards of customer service best practices.Sales Generation:
Generate sales leads, make recommendations, and execute strategies to capture retail and wholesale markets.Delivery Coordination: Oversee the quality and timing of deliveries.
- Progress Monitoring: Monitor the sales and profitability progress of the area, including Club membership.
Team Meetings:
Conduct regular meetings with Store In-charges to share important information and address operational policies, systems, and procedures.Compliance:
Ensure compliance with quality audit parameters and pop-up booth checklists.Marketing Coordination: Supervise and check display arrangements and coordinate with Marketing on brand and merchandising concerns.
- People Management: Adopt management practices that emphasize empowerment, quality, productivity, and goal attainment.
